After spending 7 years in the architectural industry she started suffering panic and anxiety attacks, depression and developing a “wasn’t too sure I should be on the planet kind of feeling”, but didn’t really understand where all of this was coming from.
She sought out natural practitioners and started her healing journey, while delving into energy work, quickly realizing the connection between sexual oppression and how that repressed energy relates to our businesses and “just how we show up in our worlds”.
