“We get conditioned by Hollywood and the media to hate our bodies, and they sell us the false solution, which is “go on a diet, you're not gonna ever be good enough unless you look like this fake photoshopped image”… All of that fell on me and then I fell deep into binge eating at 21”.
Today I have Amber Romaniuk on the show. She is is an Emotional Eating, Digestive and Hormone Expert, who experienced heavy food disorders in the past and found a way to overcome it. Her journey is nothing but inspirational, and her dedication to helping others who are going through similar situations is admirable.
