Hi everyone. Happy New Year . I am so excited to be back with the podcast. I think this is the longest break I've taken over two years that I've had the podcast, but it just felt right. , you know, I was already planning to take a break for the last two weeks of December and then. As we were approaching last week, it just felt to have a little bit of space because there's been a lot that has been coming through for me, a lot that has been shifting and changing for me.
And it just felt like I needed to wait another week to put a new episode out, although I do have some really good ones in the queue for you. So this week's episode is actually a live that I did last week around what It really takes to have a multi six figure business as a healer and this is a topic that I felt really inspired to go deep around as we approach the metamorphosis method certification coming up in February because, you know, I've really been reflecting on what the certification truly is.
You know, it's really about taking your raw talent and abilities as a healer and really refining it and bringing it to the next level because the industry is changing. And I think that you guys can all feel it. And I've talked a lot about this, you know, when I was launching the Sacred Six Figure Initiation.
Which, by the way, has continued to blow my mind, but that's another story for another episode. Um, because everyone in there is like already channeling their own stuff, making new sales. It's really wild. But anyway. I was talking about the changes that we're gonna see in the online space and in the healing space.
But I think that another thing that's happening in the industry is, you know, everyone has done a lot of healing work and everyone has worked with different healers and worked with different types of energy healers. And Now, I think we're moving into this place of practicality and also results focused work, meaning that if you're a healer, people really just want to know like, what is the result I'm going to get from working with you?
You know, it's less about feeling and more about like a practical tangible result that people are going to get and they also want to know like, well, what is this work and how does it work? And I think that what I've seen for my own clients, and even with myself, this is something I've had to call myself forward into, is being able to explain your work in a very grounded and articulate way, and then also be able to explain why the work works, and why you are the only option for people when it comes to getting the tangible result that they desire.
And I think for a lot of healers, like, you know that your work is. So, so potent and so powerful and you know that you can help people get really powerful results, but it can be hard to explain it because it's energetic. And sometimes, especially in the beginning, like you're not even fully aware on like a conscious level of what's happening because it's just.
in your energy that people come around you and they create transformation, right? And you can make money this way. But if you really want to step into like these bigger businesses as a healer and start to sustain multi six figures a year and more, It really takes the ability to take that raw talent that you have and bring it to the next level in the sense of not only being able to understand and articulate what you're doing, but also really calling yourself forward to be able to handle deeper and deeper levels of trauma.
And I think that this ends up being an unconscious block for a lot of healers because Well, there's two things. One, if you can't see to the deepest core wound with somebody, and you're just helping them with surface stuff, or what I call symptoms, they're not going to create a powerful tangible result, or they might, but it's not going to be as powerful as if you get to the deepest level of trauma with them.
And this is something where I've seen a lot of healers almost fall short in the sense that, like, their energy is really powerful and they can create transformation, but then to be able to pinpoint the deepest layer of trauma for people, that can be a place that feels a little wobbly for one of two reasons.
It can be A, that You haven't allowed yourself to go to the place where you can see to that depth, and you're kind of hanging out in like what people are telling you is the problem or like a more surface level emotion like anger or self doubt or fear or something instead of getting to what's underneath of that.
Or you can see it, but you're afraid to say it because you don't want the person to be uncomfortable or you have a fear of how they're going to react. Obviously, that's work that you got to do within yourself, which you do in the metamorphosis method. But also, it's just a matter of being able to articulate it in a very clear trauma informed way through this trauma lens that is very neutral.
And you can just state it for people and they can acknowledge it and create a huge shift. And it gets to be easy, but it requires us to be able to have a really grounded foundational skill set around the deepest layers of trauma and being able to pinpoint that in any type of client. And I think that's a place where, you know, we're being called to evolve as healers because, you know, I think the statistic is like, there's one in every two women that has experienced sexual trauma, right?
And this is just sexual trauma. So think about the people you're working with. If you don't feel equipped to take them there and to go there with them and to go to the deepest layer with them, then you will subconsciously block clients or you won't go as deep with your clients because there's a subconscious fear around what may surface and will you be able to handle it with them.
And that's why I think the metamorphosis method certification is so important is because I really show you how to handle. Any type of situation that could come up with breath work and energy work and these different somatic practices so that you feel like you have the confidence to take people there and deal with it from a very high level of integrity because, you know, I think that breathwork especially, but any kind of energy work or hypnosis or whatever it is, it's going to bring up a lot for people.
And as healers, we need to call ourselves forward to be really well equipped to handle whatever it is that comes up so that People can walk to a tangible result quickly and it's not going to kind of linger or we don't skirt around it or we don't get to some of it. So that's something that I feel really called to highlighting about the certification is you become very well equipped to handle.
any type of trauma or any type of situation that's going to come up with a client. And then you get this really foundational skill set to create transformation with people that you can then put your own magic into and share with people in a very grounded way where you're able to articulate like, these are the steps of my work.
These are the pillars of my work. These are how they work. And this is why they work. And this is why I'm the answer, my work is the answer to, like, whatever it is, the problem is that you have. Right? So I think the certification is for the person who, like, you know, you have the ability to help people create transformation.
You know, you have this talent as a healer, but now it's time to refine it so that you can really create. multi six figures or more in your business, and you become the one that people go to, to get these really tangible results. And that's what you're going to walk away from the certification with. And I explain a lot of this in the live that I'm sharing on the podcast today.
But this is something that I just feel incredibly passionate about. Hi everyone. I'm talking today about what it actually takes to sustain multi six figures as a healer and beyond, because I have worked with a lot of women at this point. And when I see a lot of women who are weighing around like ten months or less as a healer is for a lot of different reasons. Well, there's only actually a few reasons. There's multi layers to it, but there's really only one major reason, and it is the ability to articulate what exactly it is you're doing as a healer with somebody. Because I have seen so many women who, you know that you can help people, you know that you can help people heal. You know that by someone being in your energy, you can create a change and a transformation. And then you've seen it happen over and over again. You can feel it, you know it. However, what ends up happening is you start to catch how, because you struggle to articulate what exactly it is that you're doing. So then when you're talking about what you're doing, it's hard for people to fully grasp or understand the tangibility, like the groundedness in 3D of what it is that you're actually doing.
And this is a place where I see so many women struggle because it starts to sound redundant, or we start to use these same words over and over again, like we step into more abundance and flow or something like that. And it's like, well, what does that actually mean? Because people are reading stuff on the internet. There's so much that people are saying on the internet, and then you need to be able to articulate things in a way that's actually going to make sense for people. And it can be really hard for women who are healers, who work with energy all the time, and you can feel the energy of you're able to work with the energy and respond to the energy, but you struggle to actually be able to break it down and explain it in 3D, and even be able to understand what you're doing in three day. And this is something that I struggled with in the beginning to and before I started my certification program, I was like, I don't even know exactly what I'm doing with people.
I know what I'm doing with people works. I know I'm able to see what's going on with someone and shift it, but I didn't think that I would be able to break it down and explain it until I started my certification. And then I did a really good job of being able to take these very high level, energetic and spiritual concepts and break them down into these tiny little parts and articulate them to teach them so that people could really understand what it is that they're doing and what it is that they're getting when they work with you. So this is incredibly important, and it's a place where people plateau because you're just struggling to articulate exactly what it is that you're doing. So the words that you end up using are more vague and they're not really explaining anything. This is a place where I can see that there's so much growth available to people. If you allow yourself to go a lot deeper into understanding what it is that you're actually doing and how to work with people in multiple capacities. So this is super important, and especially for this year as we move into 2024, the industry is changing and people have done a lot of healing, right.
People have done a lot of energy work, people have done a lot of healing work. And now what people are looking for more is just like, what result that I'm getting, am I going to get with you and how am I getting that? What are you actually doing to help me create these results? And this is something that you're going to need to be able to not only articulate for people that also just understand for yourself when you work with somebody what is actually happening. Because I see so many women who have like this raw talent where you are really able to help people, you are really able to shift things for people and see things in people that they can't see and help them change it. But if I asked you, what are you actually doing? It will be hard for you to explain, right? And that doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with you. It's just something that you are innately able to do that it's hard to explain because you just do it and you don't know how you do it.
And this is the place where you're being invited to elevate and refine so that you can actually be able to explain what you're doing and understand it for yourself. Right? That there are so many moving pieces and parts of the energy work that we do. Like, for example, the energy work that I teach had 15 different steps, and I literally explain to you what every step is, and a very long and in-depth explanation as to why you do every step so that you can do things from a place of true integrity that on. The energy field that honors the person, that honors the body and really understand it in a deep and profound way, so that you can explain to people what you're doing so that they actually understand it. And you bring these very high level energetic concepts into a grounded reality, because that actually helps people get better resolve. If people understand what it is that you're doing for them as you're doing it, whether it's energy work or breathwork or different types of trauma tools, they will actually get better results.
If they can fully comprehend and understand what it is that you're doing instead of just being like, oh, well, I feel an energy shift and that's cool. But if I fully understand what just happened, it's going to help me integrate and get an even better result because my brain has a context of what's going on now, is it always necessary for us to fully understand what's happening in the healing process? No. I teach breathwork and so much of the breathwork that I do with people. You can release so much without even really understanding what you released. However, for the purposes of growing your business as a healer, you have to be able to deeply articulate in a very clear way what it is that you're doing with people. So that's super, super important. And then the other piece with healers really being able to step into sustaining multi six figures a year. And like I've been reflecting on this a lot because I've seen a lot of my clients struggle with this. And I'm like what is it that allowed me to since day one of my business, sustain multi six figures every single year and growing is that I've been able to articulate my methodology very clearly for people, and I'm able to explain what it is that I'm doing for people in a very grounded way.
So I'm able to take these very high level concepts and bring them down into the physical reality so that your human brain can understand it. Because even for people who like you, I'm sure if you're watching or listening to this, you are very spiritually aware. You understand energy, you understand how all that stuff works, you're really open to it. But in order for you to invest money, in order for you to invest time and invest energy, your human brain most likely wants to understand what exactly is going on here. What is the result that I can expect? How is this working and what am I getting? And those are the places that I see. So many women struggle as healers, which will stop them from magnetizing people in because their messaging is just way too vague. And it's not because it's anything that they did wrong, it's just that they're not fully bringing what they're doing into the 3D reality so that they can fully understand it. And then I think that the client retention piece for a lot of healers can be challenging, because if you have one thing that you do for people, then it'll be hard for people to like, stay with you for a long time, like they might stay with you for a certain amount of time.
But if you're only doing one thing and it's like just this one modality that you do, or just this one thing that you do, people will do that and then they'll be done with it. But if you have multi layers to all the things that you do and you understand the different dimensions to all the things that you do like, for example, breathwork is just one small piece of what I do right? And a lot of people will come to me for breathwork because they know that I'm an expert. I've been doing it for 22 years. I have my own breathwork modality that I created. I have my own certification. So you'll come to me for that, right? But then there's a whole entire journey that they can go on inside my business around clearing their trauma, understanding their purpose, growing a business, learning how to channel, building a business, learning these high level spiritual principles. There are all these aspects of my modality that I've been able to put in different compartments and articulate so that people have this very long and very client journey that they're really going to get something out of, and there's always a place for them to go inside the business to continue to grow in different ways.
Another example is like some people come to me for business because they're a spiritual entrepreneur, they're a healer, and they want to learn how to grow a business that makes 30 to 50 to 60 months. But then once they come in, then it's, oh, we're doing breathwork and we're clearing the trauma and the ancestral programming to help you be able to hold that amount of money. So there's all different ways that people can come in because I've been able to articulate very. Clearly these different avenues that I have for people based on my methodology, which is what I teach you in my certification, the metamorphosis method, you want to be able to master taking people on a journey inside your work. And what that requires is you being able to articulate all of the different aspects of what it is that you're doing, and then being able to take those aspects and break them down even more so that you can create a whole different section of your business or a whole different program or multiple programs around these different aspects. And then you take another aspect over here and you do the same thing.
So this is what is really going to be required. It's so much less now about running a business on your energy. We have to call ourselves forward to go way past that and be able to share a methodology that is multifaceted, that you are doing with people, and you're able to explain in a way that people can really actually understand in the three day, especially if you're going to be making a lot of money. Listen, if you're just doing one off sessions and you can make 2 or $5000 a month doing that, but I'm talking about if you want to start making 20, 30, 40, 50 k months as a healer, these are the things that are really going to be required. There has to be multiple layers to what you're doing. And then the other piece here that I think is really important is what happens. Like for example, I teach breathwork. That is one of my main modalities that I teach with people, and I teach them how to do it. And the way that I created.
And breathwork is something that brings up a lot of stuff for people. And I have yet to see another breathwork program on the internet that teaches people how to deal efficiently with what could possibly come up for people in a way that's actually an integrity, because there is so much trauma that people don't even realize they're carrying ancestrally from the family line, from past lives that can come up during a breathwork session and you have to be equipped to deal with that. And I think one of the other things that can lack healers is having a subconscious fear of, what if I opened Pandora's box for somebody, and then I'm not fully equipped to help them deal with what comes up. So this is another really important piece to that. As a healer, you want to feel like whatever somebody is dealing with, you like Shura should know how to deal with it. You've talked about it before, you've seen it before, you know how to handle it. You have the tools. You can walk someone through it. You really want to feel that way as a healer, because when you feel that way, that's going to come across in how you show up online, how you show up with your messaging, you're going to have that level of confidence where it's like, whatever you bring to me, we're cool.
Like, I can handle it. I know exactly what this is. I've walked through it before. If someone's brought it to me before, I've talked about it before, I've learned about it. I can freely understand what this is, and this is something that I think is going to be more required. As we really start to refine. What does it actually mean to walk people to true transformation? What is that actually? You know, and I think that's another thing that's going to be deeply important. And it's like the time right now for healers who are stepping forward, who have this really raw talent. And you know that you can create change with people to start to refine it and take it to the next level so that not only can you articulate it, but there's multi facets to it. Right. And there's multifaceted to it that have these different pieces within them that you can sell, that you can explain, that you can break down. So you have all of these different options for people as far as programs and sessions and private and all of these things.
And it's not just one dimensional of like, okay, you're going to come to me and I'm going to do this thing, right. That's why part of what I teach in my certification is all of these different things, like breathwork. You're going to learn literally every single thing that could possibly happen during a breathwork session and how to deal with it, and then also how to read somebody's breathing, how to read the body, how to channel messages while you're watching somebody breathe so that you can share high level, higher consciousness wisdom and information that's for them while they're breathing, and then how to walk them through whatever trauma or emotion or whatever comes up while they're breathing and then had a channel energy walk for somebody as they're breathing. This is so incredibly important. And again, not something I've ever seen anywhere else where while somebody is breathing. You are actually tuning into their field and going through all of these very in-depth steps on shifting their energy field, talking them through releasing things and stepping into higher states of consciousness, helping them connect with their cosmic connections, their guides, their ancestors.
So they're really getting this super multidimensional experience while they are breathing with you. And then the other piece of this that's so important that I also feel like nobody really talks about is when you are doing a healing session. For example, if you're doing my methodology or doing breathwork, you're doing energy work. You also at that point need to be able to be very well versed in understanding how to pinpoint and clear trauma, and this is not something that you can learn for one day and haven't figured out. This is something where there are so many different ways that trauma can show up, that you probably wouldn't be able to recognize unless you were trained in it. And this is another piece where if you are walking people to transformation, if you're able to tell how things are showing up, that people are not telling you, for example, if someone's telling you something, you need to be able to see way deeper into like beyond what they're actually telling you into the energetics underneath and what is actually the core wound that's happening with them that they're not aware of, that you are able to see based on you just reading their energy.
So being able to see as someone operating from the abandonment wound, as someone operating from the I'm not good enough wound, as someone operating from rejection, from I'm not enough, there's all of these like major core where that people end up operating from that they're not aware of. Right. These are familial, ancestral, all of these things that will come up in a session for somebody, but will only be able to create a shift around it if you're able to see it and pinpoint it. So again, this is another thing that is so important that I think, like the depths of this is something that a lot of healers are. It's not that they're lacking, but it's like being able to articulate these things, being able to see, okay, this is the poor woman that you're operating from. This is how we're going to acknowledge it. This is how we're going to clear it. And then walking them through a journey where now that you know what that core wound is, you can walk them through this journey of clearing it in all of these other places in their lives so that their life completely transforms.
That's what we're being called forward to now as a healer. Like it is so much deeper and there's so much more available right now if we allow ourselves to step into it. It's about articulation. It's about understanding the depth of the work that you're doing and being able to explain it. It's about being able to see and pinpoint trauma. And then the other piece of it that I think is incredibly important, that I make sure everyone in my certification understands is consciousness, the nature of reality, how to understand the human psyche and what our consciousness actually is. Because if we don't have that deeper understanding, that wider perspective on reality, then it's really hard to walk people to a transformation from a really deep and grounded place. If you don't understand the nature of consciousness and the human psyche and how thought is creative and how your perspective is actually the only thing that you're really observing, like all of these greater concepts that a lot of regular light breathwork, certifications, whatever are not going to be talking about this, but this is really important.
And I think right now so many of us are being called forward just to deepen the work that we're doing with people and widen our capacity to help people really create long standing, sustainable change. Because right now on the planet, we're going through an awakening. Everybody is shifting and changing, and having the ability to clear trauma with people is the most important thing that you could do with the most important skill that you could have, but there's so much depth and nuance to it. It's not something that can be taken lightly. It's a big responsibility for those that are being called to it. But, you know, if you're being called to it, you can feel it. But now it's just about refining your abilities and taking your raw talent and like bringing it to the next level. So this is really what we're doing inside the metamorphosis method. My certification, trauma informed breathwork certification. There's so many components. To it. And you know, when I talk about it, sometimes I'm like, I don't want to overwhelm you, but I just want to equip you to have every single possible tool that you could need that could ever come up for somebody while you are working with them as a healer and being able to take all of these different aspects of what it is that you do and create different parts of your business so that you can have multiple different avenues for people to pay you.
And that's really important. If we're talking about sustaining a multi six figure business. And then on top of that, if you're the type of person that have this ability to get really powerful results for people and you know how to explain it really well, people are going to be seeking you out constantly because they know you get results and they understand what it is that you're doing. And these are like such important things. If you really want to sustain this type of money as a healer, we have to go deeper. We have to be able to articulate, and we have to have all of these different skill sets when it comes to breathwork and other somatic practices. Understanding the depth and nuance around energy, how to read energy, how to work with energy, how to work with it, and integrity so that you understand why and how energy works, and then being able to understand trauma from all of these different lenses. It is so not only so important, it's just needed because you need to be able to see beyond what people are telling you.
You need to be able to see beyond the surface. You need to be able to see underneath of things. And this is what you learn how to do in the certification is being able to see the deepest level of energy beyond what somebody is telling you on the surface. So it's so much less about, oh, I'm going to tell you what's going on with me. And then then you'll respond to it. It's more like, okay, I'm listening to the words that you're saying, but I'm actually reading the energy that's underneath of what you're saying to get to a much deeper level of what's actually going on so I can help you create a real transformation and a real shift that's going to be sustainable and understanding exactly what it is that you're doing, so that you can articulate it and explain it to other people. Because that, as I've been saying, is so incredibly important. Like, I can't even tell you because that will set you apart from other people. And I've seen it with so many people that I work with who struggle to just explain and refine what it is that you're doing, that it will plateau you.

And that's what everyone who's coming through the certification has done, which is really cool. And then you're also going to learn how to be trauma informed and pinpoint all different types of trauma and shift that, and you'll learn how different types of traumas show up in different people. For example, if I'm teaching you about how abandonment shows up, I'm literally gonna tell you every single situation of how abandonment would show up in somebody and how you can recognize it even if they're not telling you. Or, for example, if someone's not good enough, wound up showing up. I'm going to show you every single way that could possibly show up. Or if somebody has some kind of physical trauma, I'm going to show you every single way that's going to show up. So you'll be able to see it even if somebody's not telling you. And that is what being trauma informed is all about, being able to see beyond what people are saying. Because so much of a time, a lot of people don't even realize that they're carrying trauma, or they might not even talk about it because they don't realize that it's important or they don't realize that it's affecting them.
So you need to be able. See beyond what someone's telling you to the deepest layer of energy and be like, oh, I actually think this is what's happening. Did this ever happen? Or tell me about this or tell me about that? And then you start to dig based on what you see and boom, you'll start to see that what you saw in the energy is actually what happened. It just wasn't something that they told you. And this is a skill that is so important to have as a healer, to be able to see way beyond what people are saying to the deepest core were in the deepest core block that somebody has, so that you can walk them through, shifting it. So we do that. Plus, there's a whole lot of knowledge and understanding around consciousness and how to help people step into their power and understand how to use their consciousness to create their reality. And this is something that I personally believe is very much an integrity for all healers to deeply understand and have the highest level of consciousness possible, so that you are holding a space for people, not just of what's happening in the 3D, but understanding from a much wider perspective what is the nature of reality and what's actually going on.
You'll learn that as well, along with so much other depth and nuance around things like there is nothing else like us on the internet, and this is actually like an answer for how healers really go to the big leagues at this point. So if you want to have a business as a healer that makes multi six figures a year and beyond and sustains, this is what is required, right? This articulation, this level of depth and nuance, this ability to be able to break down exactly what it is that you're doing, understand the deeper methodologies behind all of these healing modalities so that you can really break them down, explain them, and be somebody that people look to as an authority because you get results and you can explain what's happening.
